1. What information does Visra collect?

The information we collect and how it is used depends on how you use our services and how you manage your privacy controls.
You understand and agree that we can provide and share information with our partners so that they can also provide you with the best experience, but we will never disclose information to partners in a way that can identify you personally.
When you are not logged in with a valid account, we use a unique identifier tied to the application or device you use to collect information.

For example, this may include your interactions with our services, such as your actions, history, search activity (content and source location), file imports (size and duration), loading status (website URL, mode, application mode, floating player settings, and error reports), media playback activity (content, file source, content URL, source location, error reports), other interactions of your device with our services and system activity.
(3) If you provide us with your name and email address, we will use this information to contact you about our services and products. You may opt out of such communications at any time by unsubscribing through our website or contacting us through one of the methods listed at the end of this policy.
The Company does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children who are under the applicable age in your country, nor does it knowingly allow such persons to register, unless explicit and emphatic consent is obtained from at least one of the child's parents or legal representatives. 2. Why does Visra collect information?

3. Your rights to personal information

By express request and in compliance with commercial and industrial confidentiality, you can export a copy of the content in your account to us by email for backup purposes or to use it for services outside Visra, in compliance with the regulations of the controller. This does not include data that the controller has already anonymized.
Deletion of personal data processed with consent of the data subject. You can choose to delete your personal information to us by email, unless the use and/or disclosure of the information is for a) compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation of the controller; b) transfer to a third party; or c) exclusive use by the controller, with no access by third parties, provided that the data has been anonymized.
Information about public and private entities with which the controller has shared data. During the collection and processing of your information, we may share or disclose your personal data to third parties. The processor shall process it in accordance with the instructions provided by the controller, which shall verify its compliance with its own instructions and the rules governing the subject. You have the right to be informed by email of the public or private entities with which we have shared data.
Information about the possibility of withholding consent and the consequences of withholding consent. You can choose to agree or refuse to consent to the processing of your information. As described in this Privacy Policy, we collect and process certain information for certain purposes. In order to provide you with better and more personalized services, you understand and agree that we may share necessary information with certain third parties through SDK or other plug-in tools, including but not limited to Google Admob, Facebook and Vungle.

Visra has reliable security features to continuously protect your information. We will continuously detect and automatically block security threats from reaching you.
We strive to protect you from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of the information we hold, including:
